Wigmore Presents 2027

Wigmore Presents returns to the iconic Royal College of Physicians on 23 and 24 April 2027 for two days of education, discussion and practical insight from leading voices in aesthetics.

This year’s event will focus on the questions, knowledge and clinical judgement that will continue to shape the industry. Friday will challenge practitioners to question established thinking, while Saturday will focus on turning knowledge into greater confidence and mastery.

Across both days, the aim will be to offer more than information alone. This year’s programme will provide new ideas, different perspectives and practical insights designed to elevate your expertise, expand your network and keep you ahead of emerging trends.

FRIDAY
Question Everything

What happens when we stop accepting the way it’s always been done?

Friday at Wigmore Presents will be about looking at the ideas, science and assumptions shaping aesthetic medicine. The regenerative programme will move from scientific understanding into real clinical application, exploring biostimulation, mitochondria, the internal environment and the evolving evidence behind treatments designed to work with the body rather than simply alter its appearance.

But perhaps the most interesting conversations will be the ones that make us question ourselves. How strong is the evidence behind what we do? Are we always treating for the right reasons? And as our possibilities increase, where do responsibility, ethics and good judgement sit?,

Wigmore Presents will bring together speakers who are prepared to challenge established thinking, share their experience and, importantly, have the conversations that will move our industry forward.

Friday will be for practitioners who are curious, open-minded and willing to question what they know. You may not leave with all the answers, but hopefully you’ll leave asking better questions.

SATURDAY
From Knowledge to Mastery

There is knowing anatomy, and then there is truly understanding it.

Saturday at Wigmore Presents will take anatomy out of the textbook and place it where it matters most: in the reality of treating a living, individual face.

As full-face aesthetics continues to evolve, so too will the way we assess, plan and treat. The programme will explore how a deeper understanding of facial structure, hyaluronic acid rheology and product behaviour can inform more considered decisions and help practitioners move beyond treating individual areas in isolation.

From that foundation, the day will move into the craft of facial sculpting and the point where technical skill becomes something more instinctive. The considered use of needle and cannula will be explored alongside proportion, movement and individuality, looking at how each decision can contribute to a result that feels right for the person rather than simply following a standard approach.

Throughout the day, anatomy will remain the thread that brings everything together. It will not simply be about knowing where to place a product, but understanding why, recognising when not to treat and having the confidence to respond when something does not go to plan.

Practitioners will leave with fresh perspectives to apply to their own assessment, planning and technique, along with a stronger understanding of the science behind their choices.

Saturday will be for practitioners who want to go beyond simply knowing more. It will be about refining judgement, developing confidence and continuing the journey from knowledge to mastery.

FRIDAY NIGHT
Time to connect

Friday evening will give everyone the chance to swap the conference for their glad rags and once again experience the famous Wigmore hospitality at The Little Violet Door in Soho.

As ever, there will be a theme for the evening, and this year it will be ICONS. From film and politics to music and aesthetics, the choice will be yours. Who will you be on the night?
